Special Council Meeting Minutes
August 5, 2014
Present: Mayor: Theo Beckmann; Council Members: Jim Beach, Pat Stenzel, Ed Mosser, Kaleb Bjornstad; City Clerk/Treasurer: Nicole LaFrance;
Absent:
Mayor Theo Beckmann called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
City Clerk called roll.
Council member Kaleb Bjornstad motioned to accept Resolution 2014-6 Pursuit of Funding. Council Member Ed Mosser advanced; motion carried. The resolution 2014-6 was discussed is in relation to the water project, engineer estimates higher than anticipated, and pursuing any and all other funding sources to keep the project moving forward.
City Council discussed City Ordinance #39, State Building Code, in reference to the fencing requirements. The current language in the ordinance may have been revised since adopted. Council and city clerk will look into related, revised, or resolutions of any changes made. The council tabled the item until the next regularly scheduled board meeting.
Council Member Jim Beach motioned to adjourn. Council Member Pat Stenzel advanced; motion carried.
